Carrot Cake Jam
A pear, pineapple and carrot jam with added spices
Try it on:
Fresh bread, hot toast, delicious on fresh scones or use as a fab topping on vanilla ice cream. Yum.
Ingredients - Sugar, pears (20%), pineapple (15%), carrots (13%), lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg.
No additives or colourings. Made with 20g pears per 100g, 15g pineapple per 100g and 13g carrots per 100g of finished product and prepared with 48g of fruit per 100g. Total Sugar Content 68.5g per 100g.
Storage – Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 2 weeks after opening.
